"3 O'clock shadows" is an original oil painting and is part of a series called "Tokyo sunlight".
The contrast of the deep blue shadows as well as sunlit segments of grass and buildings invite the viewer down this little street in Tokyo.
The separation of cool and warm colours give this painting a natural and airy feel.
I walked past this street at 1 O'clock and and didn't give it a second  glance, But at 3 O'clock, it transformed into something like this.
This is my impression of my observation at 3 O'clock.
